Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an ApexMan account. If you are 13–17, a parent or legal guardian must participate in registration, provide their email address, and consent to your use. The adult completing registration accepts these Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy for the teen account. Local law may require additional consent or make the service unavailable.

ApexMan provides Scripture reading, editorial learning content, personal-development tools, private reflection, AI-assisted guidance, and community features. Features may change as the product develops. Scripture quotations identify their source; editorial explanation, interpretation, application, and AI output are distinct from Scripture.

• Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.
• You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ApexMan the limited rights needed to store, process, display to authorized users, and operate the service.
• Do not upload content you lack permission to use or disclose another person’s private information without authorization.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorized.

Groups are discoverable communities, Challenges are action programs, and Brotherhood circles are private, invitation-only spaces. Participation is subject to the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. Privacy settings reduce exposure but cannot guarantee what another authorized participant may repeat outside the service.

ApexMan supports reflection and learning. It does not replace qualified pastoral, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency help. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. ApexMan does not claim that AI output is God’s voice or a definitive interpretation of Scripture.

Paid use is governed by the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Terms presented before purchase. Provider billing terms also apply. You may stop using free services at any time and may manage an active web subscription through the available billing portal.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that create safety, security, legal, or policy risk. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Final jurisdiction, liability, dispute, and governing-law language must be approved by qualified counsel before production launch.
