Data Retention, Export & Account Deletion

Authenticated members can request an owner-scoped export from Settings. Exports are intended to include account and member-owned product data without exposing another person’s private information.

Account deletion requires the current password and explicit typed confirmation. Active provider subscriptions must be canceled through Membership first. After confirmation, the account and related member data are deleted or de-identified according to the service’s deletion workflow.

Security, policy-acceptance, payment, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute, and legal records may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary or legally required. Shared community content may require moderation-safe handling; private Brotherhood access remains member-scoped while the account exists. A production retention schedule and legal hold procedure require final operational and legal approval.
