Privacy Policy

• Account information such as your name, username, email address, required birthdate, password hash, timezone, and profile image.
• For members ages 13–17, a guardian email address and a record of guardian-attested registration consent.
• Growth information you choose to provide, including assessments, goals, actions, lesson progress, and preferences.
• Private content such as Faith Log entries, Bible notes, ApexGuide conversations, life-situation details, and adult-only Brotherhood content.
• Technical and security information such as device/session data, IP address, request logs, and policy acceptance records.
• Billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by the payment provider. ApexMan does not store full payment-card numbers.

• Provide, secure, and improve the service.
• Personalize Journeys, Bible study, ApexGuide, and growth tools according to your choices.
• Manage access, subscriptions, support, moderation, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
• With your optional consent, measure approved public-page and conversion events using first-party landing, referrer-host, and UTM attribution.
• Prepare aggregate product insights only where they do not reveal private member content.

ApexMan is a biblical growth product. Your use may reveal religious beliefs and may include sensitive life details. We treat Faith Log text, Guide prompts, Bible notes, Brotherhood content, prayer requests, growth evidence, and similar free text as private application data. We do not place it on public pages or send it to advertising pixels.

When you deliberately use ApexGuide or an AI-assisted feature, the content needed to answer that request may be sent to the configured AI service. Faith Journal material is included only through the product’s explicit opt-in controls. AI output is not pastoral, legal, financial, or medical advice.

We may use service providers for hosting, security, email, AI requests you initiate, payment processing, and consented analytics or advertising measurement. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta integrations remain disabled until configured and the matching consent is granted. They receive only allowlisted event fields, never private reflection or guidance content. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety and rights, or as part of a properly disclosed business transfer. We do not sell private reflection content.

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, dispute, and financial-record obligations. You can export account data and request account deletion from Settings. Active provider subscriptions must be canceled before deletion. Some limited records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, or payment reconciliation requires it.

We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes receive a new policy version and, where required, renewed notice or acceptance.
